I agree with Rick that there must be a pathing issue somewhere since you have it working on one machine but not on another. Just to be certain, check your myprocess.ini again and check inside your prg files to see if you are setting some path's there that are not valid on the machine where the init() is failing.

Apart from this, I cannot think of why this would happen.
