I recently ran into the same problem and followed the instructions; however, I never do receive the option to select the newly defined page when creating the label.
My question is how do you associate the new page with the printer? (The machine to which this printer is connected has at least four printers defined). When I create the label and go to File | Page Setup the Paper Size changes with each printer selected (as it should I believe). How do I get the newly defined page to show up in the list of Paper Size options.
