We are not in possesion of all the facts. Therefore we have two options (a) give some benefit of the doubt to UT management who have a long track record of essentially playing even-handed, or (b) we can choose what we want to beleive happened and judge witout all the facts on hand.

I don't know the facts. Therefore I can have no informed opinion on the banishment. I can express an opinion that I would like to know the facts. But that is a different issue.
