Are there other DLLs/assemblies/etc. that you also need to copy? If, on your developer machine, you have other files in the BIN\DEBUG folder (in addition to the executable), you might want to copy those as well.

Only other thing I can think of is if your winform app is referencing/opening a file that doesn't exist.

If that doesn't work, maybe someone else has some clues...
