AddItem.wws doesn't have a page on disk if you added one it's not getting called because the method always overrides anything on disk.

I just double checked on this end and it looks like AddItem.wws?Sku=YourSku&Qty=1 works and adds properly. If it doesn't you'll need to debug and see what's happening for more detail.
