I have'nt read all the rules. Did you? Are all of those topics covered? Anything conflictual about your interrogations?
Does it really bother you that much? If it does then you could take actions about what seems to be wrong to you.
Like I said before it's Michel's business. He can do as he pleases. (not entirely because there are businesses laws to follow but besides that if everything is crystal clear in the rules who are we to question the way he manages his business)
