Actually, I've been using VB6 for a very long time and I am very familiar to ADO 2.5. I have this project which has a tight deadline and the requirement is VB.NET. I had to learn VB.NET while developing the application. I came across a lot of problems with ADO.NET which I didn't have time to figure out. So I mixed VB.NET with ADO. Probably when I become familiar with ADO.NET then I can rewrite my routines :)
Anyway, the problem is not with the extra '. I need the extra ' because the last parameter can be several accounts which needs to be passed to a single parameter. When I test the stored procedure on the SQL Query Analyzer, I have no problems. When I apply it to VB, I get an error :(
Shit happens!!!
