I think I've got a fair amount of applications running out (about a hundred databases) there with hundreds to a few thousand working with it every day for the last 5 years or so. I've experienced many corruptions in FPW 2.6, but very seldom (I can't really remember when) with VFP 6+.

It really depends on how you access the database tables. If you use buffering and transactions you've minimized the risk of getting corruption. As I said, I've got to think hard to think of any corruption at all, that was not fixed with REINDEX.
