Each form has a private datasession. The only nondefault properties are the name of the object, controlsource, inputmask, fontsize, width, top, height, left. I was thinking maybe it could be a refresh issue, and I put a messagebox in the refresh to see if it occurs when I click back on the form, but it doesn't get called. I'm using VFP 9. Like I said, if you tab off the control before opening a new form, the changes stay when you click back to the first form. Its very odd.
