The thing to bear in mind is that PDH.DLL is ultimately looking in the same place (as my earlier code) for the counter values i.e. HKEY_PERFORMANCE_DATA - if Win 98 does not support that, then PDH.DLL will have nothing to work with. In which case this is all for naught.
