I set the RThreshold properties to 80 and I am able to read from the com port. However, I still have a problem. I found that the CR and LF characters are being transferred from the com port to the receive buffer. Is there any way to prevent these characters from being transmitted to the receive buffer? What I am trying to do is to read 80 characters a time which is like reading line by line in my case.
Should I set the Handshake property to 1 to prevent any data loss?
