Without knowing what you're trying to do here, I may be wrong, but offhand tend to agree with Tamar and Jim.
I'm an old Clipper hand myself, so that's the approach I would have taken too.
But with indexed SQL Views and a fast CPU there really should be no need to use Arrays.
