1.sum all totals for dept1,...this is ok
2.sum all totals for dept2 and added to totals1 dept1,i need avery total aloan. if you have a time to help,as

section    salar   dept
1          2000     1
2          3000     1
3          4000     1
4          2000     1
           *****
total is   11000

section    salar   dept
1          500     2
2          300     2
3          200     2
4          200     2
           *****
total is   1200

section    salar   dept

.

all totals is   12200
