Ah, OK. The next time they call me after their data's been corrupted, I'll have them look at this. But there is a chance that if I have them change it, a person from their systems dept will come through later and change it back. It wouldn't be the first time I've had a conflict with them. At one point, I had them using PCAnywhere so I could fix things on their computer remotely (it's quite a drive down to their site), and the systems dept reconfigured their computer, using the COM port for the modem for something else instead.
Fortunately, I don't do a lot of work for these guys anymore.
