There's not much info in your post to go on. Are you sure that it's a memory leak? Are you sure it's caused by VFP OLEDB provider itself? Can you provide code that repro such memory leak?
Did you try VFP OLEDB provider from VFP9 public beta? I wouldn't recommend to use it in production but you can see if it makes any difference.
