Hi Jon,

It would be configuration issue if your customer was informed in advance that your application can be run on SQL Server with case-insensitive setup only. Otherwise it still be the application problem.

>A very good point and one which I will need to follow up, this has had me tearing my hair out. The customer thinks our application is the problem but hopefully by proving the problwm in query analyser I have proved to them its a configuration issue.
