In the v1.1 folder in the path you specified, there should be a file starthere.htm. Look in that file for the directions on the quickstarts. Look in the quickstarts directions on setting up the quickstarts. You will need to create a named instance of SQL Server (The NetSDK instance that your error message refers to).
