Now, see, I have the *opposite* problem. I made .ico's (32x and 16x), I made masks, put them in my project 'assigned' the icon to the project and built it. Now when I create a shortcut I get MY icon, but when I view the .exe in explorer I see the VFP fox.

Also, in spite of having created and included the .msk files in my project, I still don't have a transparent background(border) on my icon.

Any ideas?
