I have recently changes from MO Lt. to MO 2.3. In doing so, I gained access to the scalebar OCX. I have added it to my map form but am having problem with the layering of the scalebar and the map.

I would like to scalebar to sit on top of the map in the lower left corner. I have added both controls to the form. I have tried to change their drawing order using ZOrder but the map always covers the scale.

The MO user forum on ESRI is no help as very few users are willing to share their hard earned information. I an grateful for a community like Unversal Thread and its willing contributers.
