What does ctmpfile return?

This works for me:

ctmpfile = ALLTRIM(cConPath + "Service.cfg")

lnfileHandle=FOPEN(ctmpfile)

lnEnd=FSEEK(lnFileHandle,0,2)

	=FCLOSE(lnfileHandle)
