What does ctmpfile return?

This works for me:
clear
cConPath = sys(2003)+'\'
ctmpfile = ALLTRIM(cConPath + "Service.cfg")
?ctmpfile
lnfileHandle=FOPEN(ctmpfile)
?lnfilehandle
lnEnd=FSEEK(lnFileHandle,0,2)
? lnend
IF lnfileHandle > 0
	=FCLOSE(lnfileHandle)
ENDIF
