vfp 3.0 win 95

I have a browse form w/combo box and a pageframe
to display record, everything works fine, however
after releasing both forms I receive the error
listed above. I don't understand what is trying
to access this table since I manually close them.

forms are set to exclusive on with private data sess.

pageframe has auto open and a use command, I find that when I make changes to it like "use database in 0" I receive a message that
file is in use. if I change it to "1" it works, but still
receive error message on release.

through reading books say that vfp will close any
existing file when the use command is used. Could
this be the table that cannot be accessed?
