Hi John. It might be "foolproof" but its not fullproof :) Here on UT VictorA even posted a hack for it. There is no fullproof solution but you can get a reasonable degree of protection for a relatively small fee. The same makers of ReFox also sell Konxise which also helps prevent exe decompilation. At the end of the day if someone wants your code bad enough they can dump it from memory and all sorts of other tricks.
