It's a technique that can be used to make it easier to update a live web application, especially when called from ASP.NET. It lets you just replace the fxp/prg instead of unloading the app or restarting the web server.
To be honest, I can't find the time to do many of these things, so, unless vfp developers pitch and add some of these pieces, it may not happen, unfortunately. This is an Open Source product, so, I wish developers would just jump in and contribute some of these things to the effort
