Some background info.

My company is a consumer electronics service company...we fix electronic equipment.

I have 4 workbenches with a computer for each service technician. The computers are used for work order lists, inventory and access to previous service and service tips...all accessable from one app.

All the workstations run the same screensaver. It is necessary for me from time to time to send messages to different work stations. The app utilizes a timer control to poll a message dbf and to display any un-read messages. But because the screensaver is on and the limited user interaction the messages are usually not read when sent. Thats why I want to turn off the screen saver.
