No - but then again neither is anything else. It's possible to modify the refox application with a hex editor so that it bypasses the branding password when decompiling. Konxise (made by the same people) isn't perfect either - it requires doing a memory dump to get at the source - so its probably a little more of a pain in the neck for someone to get to it.
