Fox is not mentioned on that page... don't know whether we should worry at all :).
As for ISxx and the MSM packs... they should give us a tool to create/edit these files. Or just release them and keep the posted version fresh, linkable from the same page.
I don't mind them being sloppy - I'm building my stuff with Inno :).
