It actually does...check out the sample application...and it should also be picking up your menu localization. Mmake sure you're using mmTabControl, and also make sure you've gone through all the steps outlined in the MM .NET Dev Guide for setting up a Windows Forms application. If you can't find a missing step, I recommend setting a breakpoint and stepping through the code to see what's not set up.
