Outlook 2003, SP1 for Office applied + other more recent patches to Office.

Don't know when this started, but whenever I click on a link that is supposed to startup an Outlook send e-mail all I get is a dialog saying "Cannot create item".

Any idea how to fix that?

I have NOT applied XP SP2 yet (running SP1 + all critical patches.
