The WinForms tab control does not provide this capability. However, you could use a panel or user control to provide the functionality you want. Another option is to use the UltraTabControl by Infragistics. Their tab control provides this ability to remove the tabs (using a style setting of "Wizard"). All the tab pages are there but the actual tab itself isn't drawn.
