Usually when I issue the "Compile ClassLib" command a progress bar is shown while compilation takes place but from time to time the progress bar does not appear. In such cases you can mistakenly think the workstation has locked up because nothing works, but it is actually compiling.

I have deleted the foxuser.dbf but the problem persists. Does anyone know what causes this behaviour. I have also tried creating new class libraries and importing the data but this does not help either. Does anyone know the cause of this behaviour?

I have experienced it in VFP7 and VFp8.
