I just went out at lunch and bought .Net Academic.

On the box in the Requirements section, it states

"...Limited functionality - Visual Studio .Net Academic does not
support creating web applications or XML web services when using
Windows XP Home Edition."

2 Questions:

1) Just to be sure I understan - I have WinXP Home at home, so
I cannot create web apps on my home PC unless I upgrade to WinXP Pro?

2) Is this true also for .Net Pro?
