It's in convert.prg in VFP9 Beta. Check home()+"tools\xsource\vfpsource\convert" directory. You may need to unzip home()+"tools\xsource\xsource.zip" first. It still mentions FPW inside.

In VFP8, transprt.prg is in the same directory, same zip.
