Hi Kevin:

When I try to do that VS complains and I get this error:
A reference to 'MCSF' could not be added. An assembly must have a 'dll' extension in order to be referenced.
I'm wondering if I'm approaching this in the wrong way. Perhaps I should add my Mdi_ChildBaseForm.cs to a seperate project and make that a 'dll'

Is this how it's done?

Thanks!
