I know this is probably a silly question for most of you, but it´s driving me nuts. I have a workstation with a lotus 5 client and I don´t get along too well with the IT manager at my new job, so I don´t have access to the Lotus server. They have set up an e-mail account for me but when I send an e-mail out the person that receives it sees the 1st part of my e-mail address (up to the @) instead of my name and lastname in the "From" field. I´ve the checked my local address book, my mobile settings for my current network setup, etc, and haven´t found where to set the "from" field, I´ve even checked the company address book in the server (reader access only) but haven´t seen it there either.
Would someone be so kind to tell me where I can specify my "from Adress" so that people receiving my emails see my name properly?, is it on the client workstation? is it on the server and if so where?
