You may be setting it to 90 somewhere, but it defaults to 80.

I went back and re-read Lisa Slater-Nicholls' messages about this from back in June and she clarified back then that REPORT FORM will not be available in a MTDLL. It may work in a "normal" DLL, when in 90 Object-Assisted mode, meaning that a report listener is involved in the Rendering.
