Sergey,
I have SQL Server installed, and I'm trying to install
Service Pack 3, which came with it. I'm getting an error.
Under the Connect To Server, I chose Windows Authentication.
The error is:
"A service control operation failed for the MSSQL$SQLSERVER1 service: 1069
The serice did not start due to a long failure"
When I click OK, I then get:
"Setup was unable to verify the state of the server for an upgrade. Verify
the server is able to start and you provided a valid sa password and restart
setup."
I think I'm in over my head now.
