Hi... we have always shipped R&R in addition to our product but didn't ship any R&R reports...
However, the user seems to like and be able to understand R&R... it is pretty powerfull but easy to learn. The best part for the developer is that the runtime is royalty free, you can ship as many R&R reports as you want no cost. There is a great programmer API too, so you can have user entered paramaters for your queries and alot of other stuff. The have xBase and SQL versions too.
I would recomend it.
