Thanks for the responses Neil and Bonnie. I finally figured out the problem. The host header had an underscore in the name and that was causing the session to start stop start. Its crazy that a little ity bity underscore can cause that big of a problem. At least its fixed. Thanks again and watch out for those underscores.
