I didn't think so. But its easy, Do the steps I mentioned & when the Visual Designer appears on screen a menu "Class" is added to system menu. With it You can add a propertie or method to the class.

Other way is to select "File->New" the select Class & follows. But generaly that do the same steps I wrote in previous post.
