Hi Nuno,

Is this in a production appliction or during development?
Regardless, it *could* be that you have a flaky track(s) on the HD where the table is stored. I heard of 1 case where the developer got frustrated with so many (suddenly) of the same error, replaced the HD, and didn't get the error after that.

The reason I asked if prod. or dev. is that in a dev. environment the chances of being in a bad track(s) area are probaly much lower than in a production environment.

Other things that might be suspected are:
1) someone is not shutting down properly (or maybe general unstable power all around;
2) a networks cable suffering interference or being pulled suddenly.
