They are under the Custom Control Help heading, and then subheadings. Windows95 Controls, 3D Controls, System Controls, etc. Using this, you can browse around and get aquainted with all the controls.

Also, if you RightClick on the ActiveX control in the Form Designer, Help... option in the rightclick menu will bring the specific help for it.
