The NUnitAddin is great! It allows you to run the Unit Tests from within VS. You can select an entire set of tests or run just one, also you can set your debug within the test and stop while testing. As long as we're mentioning Unit testing items look also at Codesmith which has some templates for creating Unit tests, and for some idea of where unit testing can be extended MBUnit (http://mbunit.tigris.org/ but is moving to TestDriven.net)
