Thanks, luckily I work for a company that supports kicking the habit. They had no problem with me going for a quick walk around the building when I was in the throes of nicotine withdrawal... I spent evenings exercising whenever I felt the desire for a cigarette and exercised all day one Saturday until I actually reached muscle failure which I haven't done since my Army days. After about 2 weeks though it was all mental.
