The photo archive page is dynamically generated from the uploaded photos residing in a certain directory, and there is not a way to add captions, unfortunately.

One interesting one that I will point out, however, is the photo of the guy bowing down and showing deference to the Fox on Woody's shoulder. That's Mike King, publisher of FoxTalk 2.0, who was completely wowed by the VFP community during his two days "hanging out" at the conference. :-)
