I am using the Mapi message control to open Lotus Notes' address book. On my pc, it works fine. On the user's pc, I get OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from MAPIMessages: Not Supported

MSMAPI32.OCX is in the System32 folder and registered. I've updated the setting in the Mail icon with the correct lotus notes profile and related settings (address book, etc). I even tried copying the lines from the NOTESPIS.INF file into the appropriate sections of MAPISVC.INF, but to no avail.

Any ideas?
