I would suggest that Mohammed adds a Delete command button

< rof,l > and < lol >!!!!! Apparently you did not read my response to the very end, otherwise you would realize that I already suggested this myself. Please notice the final part of the message:

As you are probabaly beginning to realize, this is not the best way to delete records from the grid. It would be much easier to have a delete button on the form and use that to delete the records.
