I think the desert is a bit sparse in Germany and Las Vegas is only in the US (that was part of the glamour of it all). I was only joking about the German speaking - I'd imagine it would mainly be in English anyhow, esp. as the vast maj. of VFPers speak English - if only for survival! Besides, would you speak Yiddish, which is practically German with a funny accent, no? :-)

As for the Autobahns - I've had enough of driving in Europe, after a recent visit to Italy, and one tends to do 80-90 MPH on British motorways anyway - that's fast enough for me!
