You can display a subtotal by adding a new column to your grid and set controlsource to something like:
myAlias.field1+myalias.field2+myAlias.field3
Or you can create controls at the bottom of the grid and a button to total the grid and display the values. Or maybe a right-click on the column will create a total, etc.
