?I am looking for a reference of all the available commands/syntax to manipulate Excel/Word. I have not found a good reference. I'm still using old trial and error to guess the syntax and commands.
If you"re using office97 :
..\Microsoft Office\vbawrd8.hlp (vbaxcl8.hlp),
If using office95 :
..\MSOffice\winword\wrdbasic.hlp (..\excel\????.hlp)
contain all commands. For wordbasic commands also you need position.exe (contains positio.hlp) in files section. And also to get constant values open word or excel, select tools\macros\vb editor, press F2 to launch object browser, find constant group (ie: xlChartTypes), click the constant name on right window (ie: xl3Dbarstacked), value displayed beneath the window in hex and decimal.
