i need your help,

if mytable(home1.dbf)have many feilds,no,addr,telno,name......
i creat at d:\ excel book (testt ) have the same fields as (home1.dbf),
i want delete old data from excel sheet1 and replace all data to excel sheet1,keep the headrs and titlt as it is at excel sheet1.
